Managing Director

Olavo Dietzsch

With over 20 years of experience in leadership positions in Brazil and the United States, he has participated in M&A transactions totaling R$13 billion in value. He served as CEO of a multinational company in the United States and successfully led post-merger integration processes. He has implemented high-impact investment theses in the United States, South America, and Europe.

He has developed and executed growth and transformation strategies across various sectors, having worked at DSM-Firmenich, Bunge, Banco General Motors, and Itaú-BBA. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), a full-time MBA from USC (Los Angeles), and executive programs at Harvard, Washington University, and ESADE (Barcelona). He also holds a board certification from the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).

Business Director

Andreza Lukosiunas

With over 10 years of experience in derivatives, credit risk, data science, and technology, he worked as a data scientist at Itaú Unibanco, leading machine learning projects and deploying on the AWS cloud. He also developed Business Intelligence solutions applied to credit risk analysis, payment delays, and the holding company's portfolio policies.

At Citibank, he executed Credit Derivatives portfolio operations for the New York desk. He is proficient in several programming languages, including C, Python, SQL, VBA, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with a strong focus on developing tools and automation for financial processes.

She is a PhD candidate in Computer Science/Artificial Intelligence at USP, has a master's degree in Economics from Insper, a degree in Mathematics from IME-USP and a degree in Management Processes from FGV.

Finance Director

Sergio Nasinbene

An executive with over 30 years of experience in accounting, controlling, and finance, with international experience in the United States, Europe, and Argentina. He has held leadership positions in multinational companies with a strong presence in the agribusiness sector, including CFO of Bunge Europa.

He has solid experience in corporate restructuring, M&A, tax planning, corporate governance, and strategic planning, with a strong ability to integrate accounting and financial perspectives in complex business contexts.

He holds a degree in Accounting, an MBA in Business Finance from USP and executive training in Finance and Leadership from Fundação Dom Cabral.

People Director

Gabriel Ghirardi

An executive with 30 years of experience in business and Human Resources, he has a solid international track record in multinational companies and has worked in several countries. He was Director of Roche's Vitamins and Fine Chemicals Division in Brazil, HR Director for DSM in Latin America, and a member of the company's regional board for the region.

 

A specialist in leadership, organizational development, and change management, he has led global projects focused on leadership development, operational excellence, and team integration. He has extensive experience in M&A processes and integrating organizational cultures in complex, multicultural contexts.

 

He is an agricultural engineer graduated from ESALQ-USP, with a master's degree from Michigan State University and executive training in leadership and management from INSEAD and IMD.
